Welcome!
Innovation and Local Development are two key words nowadays and they are closely linked to each other.
The organisations participating in this project, co-financed by the European Union in the framework the programme "Europe for Citizens", will be developing a network of cooperation on the process through which different public and private actors mobilise themselves in order to create innovation, reinforce and foster economic growth using in the best way the economic, social, human and cultural resources of their territories.
The project has three main objectives:
1. to exchange good practices on the implementation of innovative tools to local development policies
2. to involve actively a wide range of actors such as local authorities, private actors, voluntary associations
3. to experiment locally new solutions for the promotion of entrepreneurship, for the creation of sustainable jobs, for the promotion of public services for the community benefit and of cultural and leisure innovative services.
Particular attention will be paid to:
- increasing in participation of citizens
- networking among different target groups at local level
- implementing innovative solutions for local development at local level
